Multiple Prevue Career Sites

You can have several branded career sites under your account along with the ability for each site to customise any application process.

Reference Checking

Multiple customised reference check surveys can be created.  The customer collects reference information at the time of application, and the reference check surveys can either be emailed to the referees directly from Prevue, or the information can be entered manually into the form by the HR team/Hiring Manager if the reference is being provided over the phone. Reference checking via Prevue results in a faster TAT for the completion of the reference checking process as Exeed is not reliant on the candidate registering onto a different system and loading the references.

Job Requisitions

This is a permissions feature for managers that do their own job postings, they are forced to get permission before listing a job. These permissions can be multi-tiered and the form can have customised questions – examples: Is this a new position, or fulling a current vacancy? What is the intended remuneration? etc. This works similar to the job questions, so you can have many response styles.

HR Data Surveys

These are an electronic form that allows the user to create structured information which is attached to the applicant record. Essentially, Admins can create a form in the system and Hiring Managers can input answers to the questions asked. This is different from the notes section in the applicant record. Notes are intended to be brief and the information isn’t captured in a structured way – it’s free form. The most common use for this feature is to track phone screening /interview questions and answers.

Auto Status /Auto emails

You can have the status automatically set based on preset criteria and you can auto-send a templated email to candidates that relate to that status – for example, if you change a candidate to  ‘Declined”  the system can send the email you linked to that status to the candidate ( after a built-in 30 min delay, which is there in case you trigger the status by error – there is a system-generated warning when this feature is being used to remind you there is a linked email to that status.

Employee Referrals

You can allow candidates at the end of the application to use a drop-down of staff names (or free text field) to indicate if referred by a current employee. This feature is used if you have internal incentives – For example, you may pay $100 for any referral, provided they stay for 12 months. Now you can track this and auto alert staff members.
